Gearing up for BBQ season


Torontonians endured a harsh winter and are now in the midst of a so-so spring. While our calendars want to convince us it’s May, weeks of below-average temperatures have left many of us feeling as though spring hasn’t truly sprung. But the few tastes of warm weather we have had over the last few weeks were enough to get us dreaming about fire-grilled meats, corn on the cob, and slices of juicy watermelon.

Barbeque season is almost upon us, and we’ve put together a range of BBQ packages to satisfy every guest at your next party or corporate event. For the classic, easy-going BBQ get-together we’re serving up all-beef burgers or veggie burgers with mustard, ketchup, and relish. If you’re looking to impress your guests with something a little more elaborate, we’ve got pulled pork sandwiches and New York steaks. And for the bistro-meets-backyard kind of event, we’re offering cedar plank-smoked rainbow trout with lemon horseradish aioli and grilled pineapple dusted with cinnamon and sugar.
